We believe in the power of working together with room for personal growth

We’ve already outlined our mission: to enhance the lives of consumers, customers and farmers across the world by making delicious and nutritious dairy products, in a sustainable way, based on utilising the richness of goat and cow milk to the full extent.  

That is quite an ambition that we aim to achieve, and this with around 50 members of staff. And still that is our aspiration, each and every day. That is why ‘together’ and ‘passion’ are important words for us. We can only move forward if we do so together with customers, suppliers, livestock farmers and our colleagues in the cheese industry. In doing so, we want to do better every day and learn from the mistakes we make. ‘Together’ also improves through personal growth. Personal development through learning, experience, training or education are all possible.

Our staff at Amalthea have a range of different jobs. Account management, control, product development, process optimisation, administration, supply chain management, technical service: these are just some of the various disciplines.

In our modern cheese factory in Rijen, we work four shifts to produce cheese and dairy products for the consumer market and the food industry. Innovation is one of Amalthea’s core values. Together, we work as a close-knit team to develop and perfect our products and improve our business processes.
